Account and sync help
If progress, Rating, Rank, Echo Coin, tools, or profile items look wrong, include the account you used to sign in, the approximate time of the issue, and whether you changed devices.
Billing and rewards
For App Store or Google Play billing issues, include the platform and order details. Do not send full payment card information. Virtual rewards have no cash value, but we can investigate missing eligible rewards.
Safety and fair play
Report abuse, suspicious play, or profile content with the player name, date, and any relevant screenshot. We may remove content, reset unfair progress, or limit access when needed.
Data deletion
To request account or data deletion, email support from the account email when possible and write "DuelForm data deletion" in the subject.
