DuelForm uses only the information needed to run the game, keep accounts synced, protect fair play, and improve the player experience.

  • Account information from sign-in providers, such as user identifiers, display name, email address, and profile photo when shared.
  • Gameplay information, including Duel results, Rating, Rank, rewards, Echo Coin balance, tools, streaks, missions, and practice progress.
  • Profile choices, such as username, avatar, Frame, Mood, country display, and public Echo settings.
  • Device and app diagnostics, such as app version, platform, crash or performance signals, notification status, and basic analytics events.
  • Support messages and any files or details you choose to send when asking for help.

How we use information

We use this information to operate DuelForm, provide Live Duel and Echo features, sync progress across devices, show leaderboards, deliver rewards, prevent abuse, investigate bugs, answer support requests, and meet legal or platform requirements.

Sharing and services

We do not sell personal information. DuelForm may use trusted services such as Firebase, Google Cloud, Apple, Google sign-in, app stores, analytics, hosting, and notification providers. These services process data only as needed to provide their functions.

Public game data

Some game information can be visible to other players, including username, avatar, country display, Rank, Rating, recent Live Duel results, Echo activity, badges, and public profile choices.

Your choices

You can play with limited local data, sign in to sync progress, change profile details, disable notifications in device settings, or request account and data deletion by contacting support.

Children

DuelForm is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information without proper consent, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.

Security and retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. We keep information only as long as needed for gameplay, account sync, safety, support, legal obligations, and backup integrity.
