Information we collect

• Account information from sign-in providers, such as user identifiers, display name, email address, and profile photo when shared.
• Gameplay information, including five-player lineups, two hidden picks and three open picks per manager within a 100-credit budget, final FLEX plans, shared pools and card choices, selection timers, match results, rematches, reactions, Rating, Rank, Coin balance, rewards, streaks, and missions.
• Purchase records, such as the store product, transaction identifier, grant status, and restore status. Apple or Google processes payment-card information; DuelForm does not receive it.
• Profile choices, such as username, avatar, frame, mood, and country display.
• Device and app diagnostics, such as app version, platform, crash or performance signals, notification status, and basic analytics events.
• Google Analytics may derive an approximate location from a masked IP address. DuelForm does not request precise location or device location permission.
• Support messages and any files or details you choose to send when asking for help.
• If you win a physical season reward, the delivery details you submit, such as full name, email, phone number, city, address, size and, where applicable, supported-team and reward-product preferences.

How information is collected

We receive information directly from you when you sign in, edit your profile, make gameplay choices, or contact support. Gameplay records are created while you use DuelForm. Device, diagnostic, notification, and basic analytics information may be generated automatically by the app and its service providers.

How we use information

We use this information to create and resolve football manager duels, keep hidden picks and final FLEX plans concealed until the appropriate match stage, sync progress across devices, show leaderboards, deliver rewards, prevent abuse, investigate bugs, answer support requests, and meet legal or platform requirements.

Physical season rewards

Delivery details requested from eligible season winners are used only to verify and fulfill the applicable reward, handle delivery questions, and meet necessary legal obligations. We do not request a national identity number or date of birth in the initial claim form. These details are kept separate from the public player profile and retained only as long as reasonably needed for fulfillment, disputes, and legal records.

Football data

DuelForm uses historical football information from licensed, permitted, or publicly available data sources to create player cards, pools, attributes, positions, prices, and match rules. This football content describes professional players and events; it is not personal data collected from DuelForm users.

Sharing and services

We do not sell personal information. DuelForm may use trusted services such as Firebase, Google Cloud, Apple, Google sign-in, app stores, analytics, hosting, and notification providers. They process information only to provide contracted functions and are expected to protect it consistently with this policy and applicable law.

Public game data

Some game information can be visible to other players, including username, avatar, country display, Rank, Rating, recent football-duel results, match record, reactions, and public profile choices. Picks or a final FLEX plan intended to remain hidden are revealed only when the applicable match stage begins.

Your choices

You can play with limited local data, sign in to sync progress, change profile details, disable notifications in device settings, or request account and data deletion from the account deletion page.

Children

DuelForm is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information without proper consent, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.

Security and retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. Account and gameplay information is generally kept while the account remains active and only as long afterward as needed for safety, support, legal obligations, dispute handling, and backup integrity. Verified deletion requests are handled as described on the account deletion page.
